NUTRITIONAL STRATEGIST

Nutrition, Wellness, and Fitness are “hot topics” right now, as they should be, because they are vital for living well and feeling great for a long time. The overwhelm of “How-To’s,” workouts, this fad diet or that one, makes figuring out “how to” feel like a full-time job, and one in which you are not succeeding, at that. I love to help people overcome the overwhelm and succeed at leveling up their health, their life, and their performance. The tools we use, together, will do that for you.

Having been born and raised in Media, Pennsylvania, I feel lucky to be able to raise my two daughters in the same town. Every day those spunky girls drive me toward my passion of helping people and living a healthy lifestyle.  


Most mornings you will find me working out with friends and family, getting in some movement and self-care before I begin the rest of my day caring for my family and helping others to cultivate their best life. My weekends are spent training, with friends and family, and in the kitchen where we prepare for the week by experimenting with new recipes and tweaking old favorites as well as finding healthier ways to treat ourselves and celebrate special occasions. 


From a young age I have always had a desire to help people. I have spent 18 years as a nurse, caring for everyone from newborns to hospice patients. Most recently, this led me to complete my certification to become a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. This allows me to use a holistic approach with my clients as they work towards a healthier lifestyle. 


I definitely call myself a lifelong learner. Most recently I have taken courses which focus on performance nutrition, female specific training and nutrition, and I have become a CrossFit Level 2 Coach. Using these tools to enhance my practice is something that I am very passionate about.
