    If you've counted Macros before and know what you're doing, this may be the plan for you! I'll provide macros and a one-time planning session, the heavy lifting is on you. In your session we will strategize together making the macros work for you,

  • Thrive Beginner: Macro Planning with a Weekly Check-in

    If your number one goal is body composition changes (lose weight, gain muscle, or both) and you've never counted macros before or don't know what "counting macros" means, this plan may be for you. We will create a macro plan for you, strategize how you will make this work in your life, and you will check in with me weekly via an app. We can use these check-ins to look back at challenges faced and look forward to upcoming events and how to best handle them.
